Description:
Management of encryption keys from a variety of applications is increasingly important for organisations, both for practical and for legal/regulatory reasons. A legacy of multiple key systems within organisations could lead to severe problems retrieving keys in years to come, risking the effective loss of vital data. With the UK introducing part III of its Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act on 1 October, which regulates key management, and with increasing pressure from law enforcement and regulators worldwide, failing to manage keys could also create legal risks.

What is the solution? Encryption is a key part of ensuring confidential and personal data can be protected.

This Webinar will:

  • Discuss how organisations can take control of their encryption keys
  • Cover the practical problems involved in such work
  • Discuss the legal issues involved
  • Help with future planning for the growth of Encryption
